Hi guys,

Just looking for some advice on good avenues to raise my credit score. I am a foreigner living in the States and only established credit three years ago when I purchased a new car with financing. In addition to that I have two other lines of credit in the form of credit cards, which are always paid off in time. I have read different theories ranging from taking out small loans to raising the limit on current credit cards, and really just looking to see what has worked for people on BP.

I too live in a college town and will invest in the market here in the near future. And I agree with the other members, insurance would be a critical part of putting your deal together. Are you looking to purchase multiple properties there in Athens in the future?

Hello everyone, stumbled across this site a couple of weeks ago and love it. I'm an Australian going to school down in Louisiana, and once I'm done with it next spring I am really looking forward to becoming active with my investing.
