Has anyone ever used listability.com for absentee owners and probate? I wanted to know how it compared to listsource and usleads.

I'm in the process of starting my first direct mail campaign for absentee owners. I have my list and I'm trying to decide who to use for the mail piece.  I was wondering if anyone has used yellowletters.com and if so what was your experience?

Hi Raquell,

I have selected the zip codes that I'm going to mail to. I've been studying the areas for quite a while now.

I'm going to start my first direct mail campaign shortly and I was looking for some advice. Should I mail to just one specific group of owners like probate, absentee owners or divorcees, or mail to them all. Also, what is the consensus on which company has the best lists for these type of owners.

I'm looking for distressed properties to buy, rehab and flip.

I'm looking for input on which is the best list source to start my direct mail campaign. I have been using bandit signs with some success and have a budget for direct mail now. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Mike. It would be great to talk at the next DELREIA meeting. I believe it is the first Tuesday of the month, correct?

Thanks for the response Brandon. The reason I wanted to start in wholesaling is that I need to get some money in my business as quick as I can. I am recently divorced so I don't have a ton of money for down payments and I can't sell the house I am in for at least one year per the divorce agreement. I can however put up a small amount of money monthly for marketing. I am not afraid of working and I don't give up easily.

Hi everyone,

I am brand new to REI and have been trying to read as much as I can on the subject. At some point soon though I am going to have to take action. I'm a little apprehensive but the stories I have been reading on BP keep me moving forward. I wanted to hear some opinions on the best kind of deal to start with. I'm sure it depends on a lot of different variables but I have been told to start with wholesaling. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
