Hello my name is Michael Nash, my background is in transportation, I have no experience in real estate investing however, I bought a home in 1995 (lost it in divorce). I have lived in Atlanta all my life and my real estate goals starting out are to (1) Purchase and resell with rehabbing and eventually (2) Purchase, rehab, refinance, hold and rent. I'm 5 years from retiring, so I'm looking for a way to supplement my income.
