Thanks @Jeffrey Albaum and @Collin Hays for these suggestions - this is really helpful! Yes the cash is definitely an issue when you don't live nearby and can't just leave cash daily.

Hi everyone! We just got our first short term rental near Pikeville, TN and are having a hard time finding anyone to clean. We've talked to a couple other STR owners nearby who are having similar problems despite operating theirs over the past few years. Does anyone have suggestions of groups where we could post to try to find a cleaning company or where else we should be looking?
