Hi Maria! I’m interested in investing in Rochester as well focusing on student housing.  Do you ever have any problems with students in your units such as destroying property & not paying rent on time. I’ve heard horror stories about them  

Amaury im curious as well if you ever used them. I’ve been doing some research & found them; saw that they have good reviews. 

I also received info from them and never heard of them either. 
My theory is that if they send an email with a gmail account & no website be careful because they might not be legit.

I don’t see areas like Camden NJ, Philly or Brooklyn on the list. I have investments around these areas because the numbers make more sense to me. I just don’t drive there at night. 

Can you drive to the properties in your own car?
