Aspiring investor here, looking to get into MF or mixed use MF, potentially in Eastern Ontario along the corridor between Toronto and Montreal or in Atlantic Canada.

I'm interested in learning more about the potential benefits and pitfalls of installing public use charging stations at mixed use small multi-family buildings.
