thanks everyone, my concern wasnt really how to get the address changed... my concern was who to list as manager (even temporaritly) since i dont have a new address yet... i thought that if i wait until i move (which will be out of AZ state), then it takes long time to get the llc address changed, then maybe i have to publish that change, etc. all this delays the time to get tenant in.

I set up an LLC, intent being that i would buy a property and rent it out. so the LLC has Agent listed as Legal Zoom, and myself as manager, with my own home address

my plans have since changed and i will need to move, and wish to rent out my home and put it under the LLC. But since i cant have my home address be the LLC management address, and i dont have the new address yet, how do i transition the LLC to a different manager address?

I will need to get this started before moving

i applied for an EIN and seperately began LLC for my state at the same time. then realized the name of the LLC i wanted was already taken in my state. so now i have an EIN and LLC with different name. does this matter? and also, is it possible to use one EIN with multiple LLC's?

I am starting out in Phoenix and interested in doing a rehab /flip.  This will be the first one i have not lived in myself. I have general questions about buying from the standard mls  listings vs auctions... any advice?
