By solo 401k maybe you meant self directed 401 k?

Hi everybody, My Name is Melanie Campbell, and with my partner James Dubose. James practically grew up in the real estate business, his Mom is a realtor and his Dad is a flipper. James starting working on houses when he was 12 years old. He has a successful handyman business here in Austin. I studied interior design before intimately choosing a career in Nursing, and also have a small cleaning business on the side. After working on a kitchen remodel in my own home, James and I realized we make a great team. Since we both understand the needs of real estate investors, we want to grow our business by focusing on remodels, renovations and clean outs.
