Hi Stuart! Thanks for asking. We knocked on the door last Monday and meet the previous owner. He seems like a nice gentleman and signed the 10 day eviction notice. He is supposed to move before Sunday. If he doesn't, we take the 10 day notice to the county. We hope he does move - we do not want to wait for the sheriff to evict.

Hello everyone! My husband and I just bought a foreclosure in Greensboro and the owner has not moved out. It seems like he doesn’t plan on doing so. Has anybody had a similar experience? Any input/recommendation on what steps to follow would be greatly appreciated.
