Thanks so much Megan!  I started in Arkansas and have projects currently in Louisiana and Florida as well. 

 I began flipping houses in 2022 and left my 9-to-5 job last year to pursue real estate full time.  I've just finished my fourth house and am now venturing into short-term and long-term rentals.  My biggest hurdle has been securing financing to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  Am hoping to use this as a network to build and learn.  Any suggestions are appreciated.
