If you are a wholesaler, do you refer a contractor you usually work with to your cash buyer? If so, what kind of arrangements have you made with the contractor for referring their company? Do you get cash referrals? Look forward to hearing some responses

Hi everyone,

I have been thinking about starting to wholesale along with two other friends. We haven't done our first deal yet but we are starting to gather leads and grow our buyers list, marketing campaigns, etc. should we do our first deal first and then create the LLC, or should we create the LLC before we get our first deal? We wanted to go through the whole process first to see if it is something we are sure we want to keep pursuing

Hi! I am a new wholesaler and had a couple of questions I’m hoping I can get an answer to.

- Can you wholesale properties with liens on them? For example a tax lien? Is this something to take into consideration when determining a wholesale price?

-What if you can’t find a cash buyer for the contract? I’m thinking it would have to be a contingency in the contract to back out within the inspection period. Is that possible?
