Hi all - what form do you recommend for Mobile Home Lot Lease agreements? We're in California and, to date, have exclusively used CAR forms. However, a "Lot Lease" is not populating as an available option anymore in our CAR account. The latest form in CAR is specific to sales. We have a couple of other forms but prefer the professionalism of CAR. Curious as to what ya'll use. Appreciate any guidance!
