Thank you for all the information and I will definitely search for the local REIA group. My friend that got me interested is a realtor. I have been watching FSBO signs and looked at my local court listings for foreclosures.

Hi Everyone, Melissa McTaggart, here new to the world of real estate investing. Currently I work for retail chain company as part of management. I got interested in the real estate investing thru a friend. I am going to be attending a seminar in a few days hoping that will help me move forward in this new adventure. Thru research and watching different U Tube videos I want to focus on wholesaling/assignment of contract.
