Please check parcelion.com and see how helpful it is for RE investors, fixer-uppers, buyers, property owners, pros and city authorities. The end goal is to digitize real-estate compliance and simplify RE investment & development. At this time the coverage is limited to several San Francisco Bay Area cities and we are expanding to major metropolitan areas.
If interested, potential partners can contact me privately or Mike Khesin via the website

We are developing parcelion.com - a patent-pending technology that enables real estate investors and buyers to search for properties that may be attractive for new development, rebuilding, or remodeling in compliance with local rules and regulations and potentially result in lucrative return–on-investment (ROI).
We need your feedback and we are looking for partnership with RE investors, flippers, lenders, agents, and pros.

Larry, thank you for your response.
Do you think there are still many less experienced flippers or Pros, such as builders, contractors, etc., nationwide who can spot some attractive properties and have to look for partners to complete their projects, realize the profits and split them with the partner?
I've found the site investfourmore.com/2015/01/21/flip-houses-no-money. Do you think, I could find some good deals there? Looks like there lenders are offering money at 6%-12%. Are there any websites where I could find deals with better return?

As I understand, successful flippers have their own teams of Pros, can find many attractive properties, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Can they always get their funding from lending institutions or they still need private investors, partners, etc. ?
Are there any websites where I can search nationwide for good RE investment deals advertised by such successful flippers who are looking for private funds?
