If you are interested I have a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with potential to make 2 baths for increased value, formal living room, family room, large eat in kitchen, comes with great appliances. Washer, dryer, stove and refrigerator!!!

That is correct @Geann Peteira that’s good info. If he try the local county/ tax assessor office they have a website. It will allow you to type in the property address, and there you will get the owners name and address where you can contact them via letter. It also will give you the value and taxable value which is a good estimate for you to present an offer to owner. Hope this helps! Good luck!
