Hi BP, could anyone recommend some reputable contractors in western Mass. carpenter's, plumber's, electrician's and etc.? I'm looking to invest out there, but I have no connection in that neck of the woods. I think that part of the state would be to far of a distance for my local guy. Thanks.

Hi BP, is a hard money loan considered cash or a non-conventional loan, when presenting an offer, to the seller, and the seller inquires about how you will fund the purchase? Thanks.

Hi BP, I'm considering bidding on a multi-family property in an area that does not have much multi-family stock to do an up to date market comparison. I see that the public record shows the property's recent assessment and appraisal value. Should I use these numbers as a starting point to submit a bid? Thanks.
