I recently came across a house with an overgrown yard. Did some research and learned the homeowner had recently died.

Does someone have recommendations on the best way to move forward on giving an offer? Not sure who I would approach or how.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys! I'm specifically interested in a property in Will County. Do you (or anyone) know how it is owning real estate in the Will County portion of Park Forest?

I'm looking to purchase real estate in Park Forest, IL but know very little about the community. Does anyone know the difference between properties in the Will County side vs. Cook County side? Any guidance of neighborhoods would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone!

My name is Melvin, and I'm new here. Looking to start investing in real estate... still in the education phase and itching to get started!
