Unrelated but I'd like to ask anyone who has good deals in northern nj, Brooklyn or Bronx Yo drop me a PM. We are a bunch of investors looking for good opportunities. We don't have the time to dedicate to direct mail or auction hunting campaigns. If you make a couple of thousand (reasonable expectations) for your sweat equity that's fair.
