Hello my name is Mersades, and I've been researching wholesale for quiet some time. Currently I'm working on my team, so once I get a house under contract I won't have to scramble to locate the right people. I'm not doing this just for financial gain but to give back. Once I get a house under contract and the deal goes through a portion of my funds will go to a foundation of the sellers choice. I also have other plans for the youth in my community. My goal for this year is to build my business E&B SERVICES and obtain my real estate license.
