Anyone know of a site that offer blog topic ideas for investors who want to attract motivated seller to their site?

As a Realtor I know there are tons of blog topics and places to find suggestions for a real estate blog. This is obviously a different animal and somewhat different audience.

Thanks all!
Jeremy

Not trying to be negative just saying I would suggest finding a buyer first.

Buyer in place first. Why spend money if you aren't sure you'll find a buyer?

Im on the lookout for a good lead generating site. I stumbled across this one and wanted to see if anyone else on here has used or is using them and if so what kind of success theyve had.

They are somewhat inexpensive and offer unlimited squeeze pages along witb the website.

If anyone can add anything I would much appreciate it!

@Ezinwanne Hawkins Congrats! Just checked out your site. Have you a lot of success with that? How do you get folks to visit?

Thanks!

Would anyone like to share their most effective ad on Craigslist for finding motivated sellers?

Do you use a squeeze page or just a quick and wasy I buy homes for cash fast?

Thanks!

Hi all!

As an investor, when meeting a wholesaler for the first time what questions do you ask them?

Thanks.

If you had a title company run a title search on the property (which you should) they will of course need to charge someone. If you bought cash there should not be any lender fees. Without seeing the HUD though those are my best guesses.
