I have a business loan with them. They are okay but my only complaint is that you can not pay off early or make principal payments but I was aware of that.

 It's in Commerce.. so not so much LOL

Know the age of your roof. If too old insurance will not cover it!

I'm not sure why I would have to go thru a foreclosure process if the seller owns the property?

With seller financing, when buying a free and clear home, what forms or documents need to be signed in order to buy the property?

I know the deed needs to be transferred but is there anything else?
