Hey Andrew, They are selling it at value, no rehab needed. Airbnb estimates the return for 14 nights at $3,220. All I would have to do is furnish.

There is a great Airbnb Location where the Seller will Finance 90% @ 3.75%. Can you recommend any companies that will finance the other 10%. Purchase Price $500,000

Rent to Own might create Equitable Interest.. The other side may argue that the Interest is Joint..  Best to just Rent but if you need another idea then an Option Contract not tied to the Rental Contract or on a separate property entirely. Pay the Seller out right for the Exclusive Option to Purchase for the Duration of one year or sooner this way even if renters are in place their lease term may end.. Ask a Real Estate Attorney Licensed in your State if this will still create Equitable Interest.
