Thanks @Gino Barbaro. Yeah, now that I read the reviews, I'm already expecting them to try to sell me on another class that's about 10xs what I paid. I'm on the hunt to find someone that's willing to mentor and educate me on things I should know. Thanks again for the advice!

Greetings BP community,
My name is Morgan, I'm 27 years old and I don't know anything about real estate! I currently work in healthcare but real estate has always been something I wanted to get involved in, but I just didn't know where to start. I recently paid to attend a Rich Dad Poor Dad investment class, but after I did research, looks like that wasn't a smart move. Especially since BP is filled with so much knowledge! My goal on BP basically is to become as knowledgeable as possible and meet some great contacts along the way. I'm interested in rental properties, investment opportunities, flipping houses, buying foreclosures, and interior design. If anyone has any advice or good pointers in which direction I should go, please feel free to let me know! Thanks so much and happy investing!
