We are wholesaling properties. We want him to join us as an equal partner. He wants to leave his broker and go on his own and he does know this is a perfect opportunity.
I seems to me as long as he does not write the contract (the houses would be off market), he does not have to run anything thru the broker.
Make sense?
I have an agent who is reluctant to get involved with our business because of fear of losing his license. As long as he does not write the contract and did not get leads from the company, how could there be a problem?
He has a buyer right now who wants to buy five houses. He did not get the lead from the broker....
Any ideas?
