Hello there! My business partner and I are looking for a RE Attorney to provide business formation services and legal guidance for our new company that we would like to form in California. We are looking to set up a LLC with a strong operating agreement for now and will need help processing investor relations related items as we will be syndicating an investment.

Attorney doesn't need to be based in California, but would needed to be licensed to be able to file upon our behalf in California.

Please DM me if you're interested in an introduction chat.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi BP nation,

I'm looking to hire an experienced RE Accountant as an advisor and tax preparer for a new RE Private Equity firm that I am founding with my business partner. We plan on investing in Commercial Real Estate deals across the US and are looking for someone with experience in Private Equity to help navigate both personal and company tax decisions.

Qualifications Needed

  • - Experience in advising and executing on the formation of Private Equity funds including both the formation of GP Partnerships/ Corporations and overall Fund/Partnership creation.
  • - Knowledge of the tax formation and structure of LLPs, specifically Delaware Limited Partnerships
  • - Ability to maximize tax deductions for founders/investors of the funds, yet will communicate aggressive tax stances.
  • - Familiarity with Legal Structure of partnerships and advantages/disadvantages of various taxable entities.
  • - Offers proactive guidance in tax planning

My partner and I are both located in the Bay Area, but location does not matter!

Please shoot me a message as I would love to connect with anyone who would be interested.

    Thanks,

    Mike
