Hey everyone, I just found bigger pockets through a few pod casts and now ended up on the site.  I am brand new to real estate investing and have just started researching the purchase of my first property.  I am still not sure what I am looking for so I figured this would be a great place to start.  I am currently in the oil and gas industry and have recently become extremely interested in the land management side of the business.  Petroleum land management and real estate have several overlapping qualities and I would like work towards gaining experience in both.
