Hey Steve thanks so much! I will look into the form 22. I was aware of the other two and planned to include them.

Hey Andrew, thanks for the detailed response. I can see how each contract has pros and cons. I have decided to move forward with the lengthy contract and purchases my first cycle of post cards two days ago! I'm super excited to get them mailed out!! Thanks again for your thoughts.

Michael

Hey everyone my name is Michael, I live in Olympia WA. A couple of years ago I attended a seminar for wholesale. I received a 1 page purchase agreement. It's cut and dry, I like it. Monday I met with an attorney to verify it's legality. We agreed on some edits that he would make and send me the revised copy. The new document looks nothing like the original. It is 5 or 6 pages long and is the opposite of cut and dry.

My question is on form choice. Do you have a preference on short or long contracts? Does there need to be lengthy disclaimers?

Thanks in advance,
