Thank you all for the great suggestions!! Austin I'll definitely reach out to you about the subs in the future. This is my first flip and its pretty comprehensive so i'm hesitant to try coordinating a team of subcontractors myself. I will walk through the home improvement stores this weekend.

I found one company who seems legit after the interview and walking a couple properties. I'll have a better idea after this first house.

I am under contract with my first flip and am having a hard time finding contractors in Columbus Ohio. I have one contractor that I am interviewing today but I'd like to have at least two others that I can interview and get quotes from just to see if there are any discrepancies. I would appreciate anyone sharing advice on how to find contractors in Columbus. Thank you.
