Hello Everyone,

It has been quite some time since we have all last met up in this type of way, however, we are planning our next Meetup in November, just a few weeks away. With the rather unpredictable changes that the market has been undergoing, we expect to have several topics of interest amongst each other and duly expect that we all will have our own market and/or journey updates to share. 

In the previous interim, we have now secured a more permanent location for meetings that hopefully will serve our needs well. 

Please send this invitation to anyone that you might believe to be interested and bring along as many as you please.

Location: 1525 E Spring Street Cookeville,TN 38506-Basement. The basement is entered from behind back of this building but the parking lot is located around the front. Park in front of the red brick building with a green metal roof and walk around back. 

Topic/Speaker: You. Yes, plan to recap your summer and share any deals you have worked on, or currently are, that you believe we can all benefit from. We believe this recap will allow us to reconnect as well as lead to further conversations regarding opportunities in this market. Please feel free to bring actual numbers from any deal you have completed, or maybe are analyzing, and we will be happy to discuss.

We are confirming details for the next Investor Meetup and sharing those below! We hope you can join us and sorry for the somewhat-late notice on this. We are expecting to have a local attorney as the guest speaker to cover legal tips and to answer any broad questions you might have, so come prepared with questions.

Also as an ever present thought, always come ready to share your investing journey with each other so we can all glean from those in attendance. We will plan one meetup with the intentions of just sharing each other's stories to connect better with those in our community, and will keep this also as a backup in the event a speaker has to cancel.

We know this is a busy time of year, and don't want to add much to that, but we are shooting to have the next Investor Meet-up on December 8th at The Biz Foundry of Cookeville, address is 114 N Cedar Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501. Welcome to Cookeville.  

A  recommendation for real estate agent, Dakota Langdon works with investors. He is out of Highlands Elite Real Estate.  He also does property management. 

We have a group that meets in Cookeville as well for real estate investors.  When we get our next meeting scheduled I'll be sure to let you know.  We have one member that is house hacking a 4plex in Cookeville while attending college. We also have a member or two that has some STRs in the area.

Hey Everyone,It is time for the next Investor Meet-up! We have the next event scheduled for Thursday August 18th at 5:30PM. Meeting will be held at Highlands Elite Real Estate at 1519 E Spring Street Suite A Cookeville,TN 38506. At this meet-up, we have scheduled a guest speaker from FirstBank in Cookeville, Stephanie Carpenter, who has worked in various forms of Real Estate in her past, most recently working on the Secondary Market Team at the Cookeville branch of FirstBank. Stephanie is also an investor herself, alongside her husband, and is clever to what creative financing might sometimes entail. As always, we will discuss local topics that have bearing on market forces around us, as well as open the floor for discussion and networking. Please invite someone who you believe might benefit from this form of outreach and come prepared to share thoughts, cares and concerns! We will try to stick to about an 1 hour, as not to disrupt family time. We look forward to growing this meeting!

I would be interested in a Cookeville meet up. I know Nick's does business lunches and would probably be open for hosting. 

Looking for 30 year fixed rate loans with non-recourse.  We tend to finish properties from closing to rent ready in 3 months. So a seasoning period longer than that would not help out. 

We have currently completed 9 houses over the last couple of years and are looking to continue to add more. We are looking for a better option for a lending partner.
