Hi Dee,

I scanned through some of this briefly. First off some of these items seem pretty normal for a home inspection report and not to costly to repair. Home inspectors job is to point out everything, big or small. Your home inspector should be able to answer some of these questions. To see these items written down is one thing, but its pretty difficult to tell the severity of the conditions and he & your realtor should have a good idea. I would press into the home inspector, sometimes they are able to give rough estimates on the repairs. Items that jump out as bigger concerns are the blocked sewer pipe, sloping patio and chimney. Ask the home inspector as many questions as you need to to gain a better understanding.
