@Todd Powell for wife and I, our number is 9k a month. This is a less than we are currently making on W-2's But its enough to live our modest life and continue the snowball. We are also 20+ years younger than you so everyones situation will vary

What did everyone do to prepare for the cash out Re Fi? Ive got alot of the front end implements in place, but the horror of but being able to refi or get a comparable loan looms.

Assuming someone finds a deal with meat on the bone, what criteria would a lender use to qualify you for the lone.

Whats would a private lender look for?
