Good evening Charles & all! 

I'm impressed that you've started investing in your future at such a young age and can empathize as I've been an entrepreneur since before I was ten.

I would love love to hear how things are going in 2015 for you, what you've learned so far with your duplex, investing, etc. and any other inspiring stories you would like to share.  

I'll have to check our your blog as I am new to REI and excited to dive in. Nice to see all the welcoming responses here.
