Thanks for the reply Bill. I would agree and will do it because in the long run I think it will be a good investment in the property and will help with the future cash flow of the property.

The property is in Colorado so it really only needs AC in July and August. And yes we were thinking of central air. This is a long term property that we'd like to get as good as tenants in as possible, obviously. Thanks for any thoughts.

My wife and I just bought an investment property and it doesn't have AC. We are thinking about installing AC since a lot of renters ask for it and we feel it may be a good addition to the property in the long run. Any thoughts if we should pay for the investment in the addition of AC or pass on it?
