Hi Joel, Thanks for your response. I figured as much with the larger cell towers, hence my interest in smaller "rooftop/water tower antenna" cell sites (please correct me if I'm using the wrong terminology). Saw a handful in my area that are not owned by larger players and was interested if approaching these owners to buy their leases would be worthwhile or if I'm missing something.

New to this so apologies in advance. A friend of mine had an idea to buy "smaller cell sites" since the larger towers seem to be out of our price range as well as dominated by larger players. My questions are, 1) would this be possible to buy the lease for antennas/rooftop cell sites just by contacting the business and seeing if they are interested in selling? 2) Has anyone done this and if so, has it been viable?. Many thanks.
