@Andreis Bergeron Hey Andreis! Definitely for future properties, I've been pulling lists from PropStream and testing out BatchLeads at the same time. Mostly looking for best softwares for pulling lists for leads in markets that I'm either in, or looking to enter. I didn't have MLS access for a while so was adapting to PropStream and the opportunities it brings. Currently have had some success with these softwares, just looking to optimize data compilation and lead generation. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Good day! SoCal based whole seller, currently in the Inland Empire, Dallas/Forth-Worth/Arlington Metro Area, and Las Vegas/Henderson Metro Area markets. Just wanted to see everyone's opinions on the best softwares for data compilation; BatchLeads, PropStream, Listsource, etc. Just curious where everyone finds the most success from their data compiled!

Great post, great read especially for newbies like myself and put in perspective what end buyers look for and respect from those entering the space. Thanks!
