Does anyone know of a public list for properties with assumable financing? Or a way or place we could scrape that data?

Do any of you know if a person who assumes an FHA loan to buy a property has to live there? Even if the previous owner has already lived there for a year?

I'm new to Real Estate investing and wanted to know: If I buy a property that has an assumable FHA loan, do I have to live in the property if I assume the loan?
