Hi @Scott Huff - Congrats on the accepted position at Boeing San Antonio!  There is a lot of growth there with Fighter programs as well as others at that site. To your question, the area has a lot of multi family opportunities in the area on the south side, but since you are house hacking, I might recommend somewhere a bit further north, where you could get a nice, finished multi family. I have another client I just helped in the aerospace industry get a great deal on a duplex by the airport (about 20 minutes from Boeing San Antonio), so I am familiar with the inventory. Sale price: $145,000

Purchased subject-to in a pre-foreclosure stage with ~15k going to re-establishing the loan. Rehabbed and sold for near the highest price per square foot in the area.
