Okay I've done banners but maybe not enough, I've went door to door, only to the homes that looked distressed and they might be willing to let go. I'm a family man not rich, don't have money for a mentor. But I'm not scared to try, I want to do the best I can in real estate for me and my family. I want to get my first wholesale badly. Any advise would be appreciated. , Michael
