I’m 31 with the goals of being able to build a decent 25-30 property portfolio over the next 10-15 years. Cash flow is probably most important so I’ll have to do some research on those markets.

I appreciate the feedback. I am looking for turnkey so I thought roofstock would be a good choice because they seem to walk you through the process from start to finish. I have seen other turnkey providers so I may reach out to them as well to understand the service they provide.

I’m looking buy a first rental property and I’m considering using Roofstock.com. Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences they can share?
