I few years ago I bought a 20 acre lot in a nice little lake town in Wisconsin. Currently I lease it out to a local farmer.

Recently,  I’ve been thinking about what to do with it. It’s zoned for residential and I’d like to turn it into a residential community.  

My problem is, I have no idea where to start. Can someone recommend a good book or service that can help me develop it?
