@Wayne Brooks yes I want to leverage the 3.5%, that is the only reason I want to do a FHA. Thanks Wayne. I am excited to pull the trigger on my 1st deal, just need to let the loan officer know I plan on occupying one of the units.

Will keep you all posted.

I am looking to purchase my 1st multi-family, and I would like to leverage a FHA loan to take advantage of that 3.5% down payment.

Is this doable?

Has anyone here successfully pulled this off?

Appreciate the feedback.
