@Charles Carillo..

Hello Charles thank you for the information. I will seek out lenders that work with international co-signers. Thanks for your time.

@Charles Carillo

Hello all, I am writing today because I am interested in buying my first multifamily unit, which will also be my first property. I am currently not going to be approved for a high enough loan. I am thinking of having my mother co-sign but she lives in London. Is that even possible? If so any advice on how to best approach this will be greatly appreciated.
