The seller and I have mutually terminated the contract. Unfortunately, there was an undisclosed leak issue that my inspector uncovered, which the seller was supposed to fix. I'm looking to buy a six-plex property in Watertown, NY, priced at $425k. The downpayment is 25%, with the seller financing 60% of that and me covering the remaining 40%. Each unit has three bedrooms. Does anyone have recommendations for a good commercial lender?

I'm in search of a CPA/tax strategist based in South Florida. I am based in South Florida as well but investing in Michigan. South Florida base is not a must but it would be great to put a face to a name and occasionally meet in person. I’m a new investor with a few units, and a W2 employee earning over 200k annually. As a new real estate investor, I’m not sure I can truly benefit from a high-caliber CPA/strategist, but would ideally match well and GROW with someone sharp in real estate tax code, strategies, loopholes, etc. I'm in the early stages of building my team and looking for a reliable professional for the long term.
