My fiancée and I own and operate a 5-star Airbnb, along with a mix of mid-term and long-term rentals. We're actively growing our portfolio and also looking to expand our property management side through co-hosting and STR setup services.
We're currently focusing on Upstate NY, as that's where our properties are, but we're open to opportunities anywhere. The best part? The seller and I have mutually terminated the contract. Unfortunately, there was an undisclosed leak issue that my inspector uncovered, which the seller was supposed to fix. However, it has taken a long time to resolve, and ultimately, we both decided it was best to let the contract go. Thank you all for your support and advice during this process.

I'm looking to buy a six-plex property in Watertown, NY, priced at $425k. The downpayment is 25%, with the seller financing 60% of that and me covering the remaining 40%. Each unit has three bedrooms. Does anyone have recommendations for a good commercial lender?

I'm in search of a CPA/tax strategist based in South Florida. I am based in South Florida as well but investing in Michigan. South Florida base is not a must but it would be great to put a face to a name and occasionally meet in person. I’m a new investor with a few units, and a W2 employee earning over 200k annually. As a new real estate investor, I’m not sure I can truly benefit from a high-caliber CPA/strategist, but would ideally match well and GROW with someone sharp in real estate tax code, strategies, loopholes, etc. I'm in the early stages of building my team and looking for a reliable professional for the long term. Thanks in advance and your assistance and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
