I have an opportunity to purchase a small, corner strip mall with a laundromat. Several tenants have been in place for 10 plus yrs and the laundromat needs a retool which I would run. Question is:What's the best way to set up the management structure if I own the property and operate one of the businesses as well?

I just got out of the Navy in February and I am in Oceanside as well. Would you fellow Oceansiders be interested in a local investor group that meets once in awhile to learn from each other and discuss the local market? I'm looking to get started in this and I'm a sponge as well. I have been here for 5 years and in just that short time have seen Oceanside BOOM! Let me know your thoughts.
