Starting another one of these but for Anchorage Alaska. Anchorage is my place of home but I do business all over. That mainly comes from wholesaling to get into investing but now I’m looking to flip in anchorage. I got a house under contract but turns out it needs more than I wanted to deal with to flip so now I’m looking to wholesale it. Is this how it always is in Anchorage? Maybe I should wait till I have the time and extra money to flip here in Anchorage. Love to hear some feedback and connect with investors in the area.

Hello BP! This is my first post, well technically my second because the first got deleted for advertising my properties for cash buyers. Honest mistake! I’ve learned now you can’t do that and honestly I’m glad because that would make this place flooded with people posting their deals.
Anyways, new to investing. Going on about a year now wholesaling/flipping houses. Only flipped a handful by myself but have been working with a partner who has taught me a lot. My goal by the end of 2021 is to have a 4 plex and 6 BnB.
Any tips and ideas are greatly appreciated!
