@Mike Hurney Thats funny. I re-read what i wrote and it does sound like i just came from a seminar! I have been reading books especially "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill that opened my mind a lot. 

And yes defiantly do not quite my day job for now! There is a saying "work your job full time and your business part time, until your business becomes your full time"

Hi everyone! My name is Michael Mey and I am a HVAC Engineer from Waltham, Ma looking to jump into Real Estate Investing! I have always had a interest in Real Estate Investment and now after 5 years behind a desk as a engineer, I am finally making the decision to build my own dreams by getting started! I want to learn and network  as much as possible and get started with wholesaling properties and eventually flipping and buy and hold residential properties for rental cash flow. 

I look forward to meeting new people here on BP and developing new relationships!
