I am starting the search for my first Investment property. I own my home and would like to apply for a mortgage to purchase a 3 unit or more rental property. I will not be living in the property. This is strictly for income. Every MLS listing I look at states for Conventional Financing which would not be doable for quite some time because of the substantial down payment. I am looking to put a down payment I just would like to see it in the 3%-5% range.

I know there has to be something else out there!

I am a beginner and that has great interest in real estate investing. I have come to this site to learn all that I can own real estate investors that have been in my shoes at one time. I am looking to get into real estate flipping, And owning Rental Properties. I hope to learn a lot within the next few months of lurking this site
