Hey @Aris Alexiou I highly recommend House Hacking. It has allowed my savings index to go through the roof while still working a full time job. It also allows your to get a feel for all of the different aspects of Real Estate and Property Management.

@Grant Wilsterman Nicholtown and Morning Side are both neighborhoods I am considering due to the price range ($220k-240k) and the growth I've seen since I left in 2017. I will be looking to expand my rental portfolio in the area overtime as well. I am excited at the growth potential in the area.

I am currently in the process of relocating to Greenville, SC for a new job. I have been house hacking in Columbus, OH and would like to do the same in Greenville. I would love to help a fellow investor out by buying a flip or other property you are looking to sell off.

I am looking for 3Br/2Bth properties in mostly any area of Greenville, Taylors, Wade Hampton, or San Souci areas. 

Any other advice from local investors/ Real Estate agents would be greatly appreciated.

I’ll be keeping the property and will be finding property management to fill my room with another renter. Then possibly change it into a true single family house in a year or two.

So I have been house hacking for about 8 months and doing real well (making $120 living in my own house).

However, I was offered my dream job in a completely different state. I was wondering if my bank would have any issue with me leaving before the allotted 12 month window for a primary residence? Just want to make sure I don’t have any issue when I move out of state.

PS: If anyone has rockstar recommendations for people on the Greenville, SC area, please pass them my way.
