@Rachel H.
Also great advice Rachel. Step one, more research on
Mobile homes. Thank you for the good questions to ask and for a starting point for me to work off of.

@Patricia Taveras
Fantastic advice Patricia. I’ll be picking up landlording on autopilot. The cash flow vs appreciation is an important distinction I didn’t think of. Thank you so much for the help!

@Rachel H. what markers should I be looking at when trying to figure out the numbers and if it is a good investment or not?
As far as finding responsible tenants, I’m going to read all the resources on bigger pockets on the subject to become more knowledgeable.
Thank you for your response, it is truly appreciated!

Looking for a first deal with low risk and low entry price. In my area there are a lot of mobile homes in a decent area located near jobs, transportation and the busier part of town. From what I’ve gathered landlords are renting around $1400-$1700 for mobile like the link I’ve added. Given the price point of $50,000, I would make my money back in 2.5 years. Is there something I’m missing or are these mobile homes great deals?
