Hi Diego! RedX is definitely the household name for expired listings although that is not the only area they excel in. Their CRM has to be the most user friendly system out there. Any experienced agent knows that identifying expired leads can be difficult and it is even harder to find the correct phone number to the listing. Having visited with the CEO of RedX, I believe that they are an honest company and strive to improve their service daily. I think Ricky Carruth still has a discount code for RedX, check it out on his FB account or YouTube channel. I’d be interested to know what you think of it. I have not yet ordered their service, this is just what I have researched thus far.

Hey guys! I just wanted to reach out if you all know of any landlord associations in the aforementioned cities in Oregon. Pure Maintenance of Oregon is a mold remediation company that provides a patented dry fog technology. This service is a fraction of the cost compared to traditional mold remediation companies. As a real estate investor I find this service to be extremely helpful in lowering costs when I encounter mold.
